Following our November community gathering: Protect Yourself - Safeguarding Your Career as a Cybersecurity leader, we receive a number of requests to create a best practice guide with tips to ensure you are protected as a CISOs transitioning into a new leadership role.

Project Goals: Develop a checklist of critical action items for CISOs in the following stages-

• Interview Process
• 30-days
• 60-days
• 90-days
• Departing from role

• Review developing guide and recommendations from community members
• Discuss observations, opportunities and additional input
• Identify additional roles (if needed)
• Recommendations to present the best practice guide to community members
